Currently, he utilizes his extensive expertise as part of Healthcare Management Partners, where he focuses on delivering successful technology solutions. With over 28 years of combined experience in healthcare and technology, Daniel has demonstrated proficiency in rapidly deploying large-scale, high-performance data systems. His tenure at The SSI Group saw him leading the development of core data warehousing infrastructure and reporting solutions. He is skilled in all phases of the project life cycle, from leadership to implementation, and has a deep understanding of the importance of fostering a well-organized team environment. Daniel serves as the CEO of HMP Technologies, LLC, a managed service provider offering support to over 20 long-term care facilities. Additionally, he holds the position of CEO at HMP Metrics, LLC, overseeing a web application providing financial data for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities nationwide. Within Healthcare Management Partners (HMP), Daniel operates as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), offering technology leadership and insights on cyber security, data analytics, and business intelligence. Before his current role, Daniel gained valuable experience architecting systems for major corporations such as Johnson & Johnson and Raymond James. Daniel Thompson

Daniel came to HCMP with 10 years' experience in healthcare leadership and financial expertise, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management. Daniel has spent his career predominantly in the healthcare industry working with both Skilled Nursing facilities as well as Assisted Living communities. Prior to joining HMP, Daniel served as Director of Revenue Cycle for Signature Healthcare, LLC. In his role, he was responsible for accounts receivable management, cash collections, and consultant training for over 50 skilled nursing facilities across Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia. As a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at HMP, Daniel provides accounts receivable assessments, billing and denial management, and client education and training in order to improve revenue cycle outcomes. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.

Kalyn Jennings

Kalyn is an experienced accounting professional with more than seven years of accounting experience. Kalyn has spent her entire career in the healthcare industry working with mainly skilled nursing facilities. Prior to HMP, Kalyn served as a Senior Accountant for National HealthCare Corporation. During her time at NHC, she had a strong focus on the month end close process. She also gained valuable knowledge in cost reporting, completing financial audits, and filing unclaimed property. In her role she also worked closely in training and assisting bookkeepers in various business office functions. Kalyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University.

Kim Vermilyea

She brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, working in both acute and long-term care settings. She has vast experience as a clinical and operations executive in multi-state and multi-facility enterprises where she implemented strategic clinical policies that improved resident's care, welfare, and satisfaction. Prior to joining HMP Senior Solutions, Vermilyea most recently served as Senior Regional Vice President with Signature Healthcare LLC, where she was responsible for the overall management and operations of 11 skilled nursing facilities in Florida and Georgia. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Daemen College. She is wound care certified and has completed training for Six Sigma green belt certification.

Lauren Douglas - CFO, Treasurer

Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive top-level experience in the provision of professional accounting and financial management services for clients in the healthcare sector. Lauren has over 13 years of experience in financial management. Lauren currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer of HMP Senior Solutions. Lauren has served as court appointed Receiver over two senior care facilities in the Nashville area. While with HMP, Lauren has also managed the administration and accounting of major engagements including a court-appointed Receivership of 9 assisted living facilities located in Alabama and Georgia and two court-appointed Receiverships located in Alabama. Prior to joining HMP, Lauren served as an Assistant Controller for W Squared Inc., a professional corporate services provider, where she was responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting function for multiple clients across different sectors. During her tenure she gained invaluable experience in detailed financial statement reporting, multi-entity management, cash management, medical billing and implementation. Lauren began her career with PwC as an Assurance Associate, where she primarily worked on audit engagements of companies in the automotive, insurance and healthcare industries. During her time at PwC, Lauren expanded her knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements and developed the skills to complete segments of audits, compilations and reviews. Scott Phillips - Chairman

Scott has significant experience with government, tax-exempt, and investor-owned healthcare service providers. He understands the organization and delivery of high-quality health services, including the role of corporate and medical staff governance during difficult periods of transition. Scott has executive level experience with mergers, acquisitions, and turnaround situations, including restructuring in bankruptcy. In all of his many healthcare provider turnaround assignments, he has successfully designed and implemented plans that simultaneously added patient volume and revenues while conserving cash and reducing unit costs. He understands this approach builds on the organization's strengths and attracts the support of the local community including medical and nursing staff, which is essential for the long-term provision of quality healthcare services. In addition to other responsibilities, Scott is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HMP Senior Solutions LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HMP which provides long-term management services to Eldercare Facilities (assisted living, skilled nursing and CCRCs). Scott has expert knowledge of the bankruptcy process as well as its implications and obligations on an operating provider of healthcare services. He recently led the successful financial turnaround and Chapter 9 reorganization of a 179-bed county-owned hospital, and in 2016, he was appointed the Chief Restructuring Officer for a regional hospital company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which owned or managed eight critical access hospitals, a billing and management company and a therapy services company. He was the financial advisor to 18 tax-exempt continuing care retirement communities, with more than 20,000 residents in twelve states, which were affected by the bankruptcy and sale of Erickson Retirement Communities. Scott has been the testifying expert, lead investigator, or arbitrator in over 50 high-profile healthcare industry legal disputes. Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status) and member of numerous professional organizations.

Prior to joining HMP, Tammy spent her career with Steward Health Care, Narus Health and IASIS Healthcare in various functions of their accounting departments with a particular focus on cash and vendor management, both in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
