Mr. Masri has worked for several years in IT and Higher Education. He has helped to maintain OSU IT's VMware Farms, by upgrading and installing new servers to help support the ever-growing workload of Oklahoma State University. Installed and setup new SAN technology, Dell PowerStore, to replace older Compellent units. Hes also assisted in the phasing out of RHEL 6 servers to RHEL 8, to ensure better security and functionality of the university's infrastructure.
Ms. Chastain joined OSU in November of 2021 in the Information Technology Department. She is the front office administrator as well as oversees the IT Building needs, assists the Executive Administrative Assistant, as well as the CIO. She is excited to have a career with OSU and plans to seek a degree in Business Administration.
Ben has worked over 15 years in IT and 7 years in Higher Education with experience in several IT roles around the US. Ben has completed several industry certifications and has extensive experience in administering IP-PBX applications for higher education.

Bryson has worked for in IT for OSU for over nine years. Some of his accomplishments include the launch and strategic migration of two different web content management systems, utilizing and testing against modern digital accessibility standards, and web application development. He was also a crucial member of the team that implemented Oklahoma A&M's degree audit system and has a love for clean programmer humor and puns.

Mr. Hook has worked over 15 years in IT at Oklahoma State University. He has extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing storage solutions. He has overseen management and system transitions to several different online learning platforms for the university. Charles McCann has spent the last 30+ years in Higher Education as both a student and IT Professional. Charles received his BS in Math/Computer Science from Missouri Western State College. He has also received his MS in Computer Science his MS in MSIS along with his MBA. Charles began his career at Oklahoma State University 1994 and has been with IT ever since.

Mr. Metzger has worked in IT and higher education for over 28 years. He began his career with OSU Information Technology as a mainframe COBOL/DB2/IMS/CICS developer and later led IT's first web application development team during the emergence of the dot-com era. He assumed responsibility for the university's mainframe environment just prior to the "Y2K crisis" and managed the mainframe environment until the mainframe's eventual retirement in 2018. Mr. Metzger served as technical lead for the Banner ERP implementation which replaced the mainframe environment. In his current role as the Manager of Enterprise Operating Systems, Mr. Metzger provides leadership and oversight for the OSU/A&M Banner ERP environment and the OSU IT Data Center.

Mr. Painter has worked in the OSU IT Data Center for over 15 years. In general, he has been responsible for ensuring work requested of the Data Center has been completed in a timely manner. He has recently completed a project to migrate fiber lines from end-of-life hardware including diagnosing and remedying issues with new connections. He has also helped plan the locations of the new Storage Area Network (SAN) hardware to help balance resource requirements.

Mr. Edgmand is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over thirty years of network security experience, thirty five years of UNIX/Linux systems administration experience, and over 17 years' experience as an information security professional. Before working in Higher Education, he worked for 14 years in the wireless industry. His academic training includes an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a graduate degree in Telecommunication Management, both from Oklahoma State University.
Mr. Zhang has been working in IT and Higher Education for years in Oklahoma. He has dedicated himself to Data management and analytics for the university and Digital Transformation in Higher Education. He has built the Document Image System for all different departments across the campus.

Dane has worked in OSU IT since 2004 as a Helpdesk Phone Agent, Deskside Support Technician, Helpdesk Analyst\Phone Agent Manager, and Helpdesk Manager. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and received certifications from the National Security Telecommunications & Information Systems Security Instruction as an Information Systems Security Professional, Mile2 Certified Secure Web Applications Engineer, CompTIA Project+, and ITIL Foundation In IT Service Management. Dane also received the Distinguished Service Award in 2014 by the OSU Staff Advisory Council and completed the OSU Human Resources Leadership Development Program in 2021.

Mr. Howey has been with OSU since 2013. He joined the IT department in 2017. He is the manager of the IT Accounting and HR office. He manages all departmental accounting functions, including accounts payable, purchasing, inventory, budgeting and billing. He is responsible for developing, evaluating, implementing and monitoring all accounting processes and procedures. He works directly with the CIO and other IT departmental directors to create an efficient flow of information and to achieve effective internal controls. He is dedicated to working proactively and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and other university departments.

Dr. Murthy has worked over 25 years in IT and Higher Education with experience in several IT roles around the world. He has built a Trading Room that simulates the New York Stock Exchange and designed and built hardware for several multi-function computer labs. He has extensive experience in building innovative technology solutions for higher education, as well as small and medium-sized businesses (SBDS). Dr. Murthy has completed several international technology challenges and has extensive experience in strategic development for higher education.
Dr. Raj Murthy (email), the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Information Technology at Oklahoma State University, is responsible for the implementation and successful operations of the department's slate of programs and projects.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Garry has worked in the IT field for over twenty-seven years, fifteen of them for OSU IT. Garry has worked as a technician, a trainer, and as a manager, always focusing on customer service and support. Since joining the University, Garry has overseen student employees, coordinated student labs, set up the Ranger Printing Support Service, overseen Software Licensing, and welcomed new students as part of Freshmen Recruiting's ID Creation and Distribution Program. Currently Garry is supervising the IT Help Desk and coordinating student hiring, training and employment throughout the IT Department.

Jeremy Brooks has worked in Telecommunications for over 10 years. After receiving his BS from Oklahoma State University he started working as an entry level technician in the Telecommunication department. Since starting, Jeremy has worked on the Banner implementation and has assisted the A&M campuses with network projects. He also helped deployed eduroam throughout the OSU A&M system and is currently working on deploying new wireless technology.
Starting out as a student programmer, Mr. Davis retired after working 31 years at Northeastern State University. He has extensive experience in all aspects of programming on multiple operating systems, computer languages and hardware including areas of overlap with telephony and computer networks. He has created innovative software solutions in an extremely wide range of Higher Education areas.

Mr Sebert has worked for OSU for more than 15 years providing web application development, single sign on, and system integrations. Mr Sebert implemented the Central Authentication Services single sign on application for the OSU A&M System and has provided support for the framework used to develop Web Applications by the OSU A&M System.

Johnny has over 20 years of experience working in IT and Higher Education. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and is dedicated to making his alma mater a leader in education. He has experience with multiple telephony systems, including installation, maintenance, and operations. He has upgraded telephone sets and systems multiple times here on campus to ensure quality services. He also has experience with installing and maintaining enterprise network equipment. Johnny has upgraded many areas of campus with advanced network equipment.

Mr. Fischer has been apart of OSU for over 10 years supporting OSU ™s endeavors. Was instrumental in planning and deploying multi-functional engineering computer labs. He has a plethora of experience and knowledge troubleshooting user systems along with network systems.
Ms Phillips has spent over 25 years in IT, supporting Higher Education in a variety of capacities, first with an ERP Software Provider and now with Oklahoma State University. Her IT support has included regulatory and development support of Financial Aid, Human Resources and Reporting tools. She now leads a team supporting the use of Financial Aid, Student and Degree Works within the Software Services department..

Mr. Powell has worked for Oklahoma State University IT for over 20 years. He spent most of the first 7 years working for the OSU IT Data Center before transitioning to database and system administration fifteen years ago. Mr. Powell currently is a Manger in the Enterprise Operating Systems area with a focus in database administration of OSU IT's legacy and Banner Oracle databases and Weblogic and tomcat administration for the Middleware components of the Banner applications. In the past year, Mr. Powell has completed the configuration of OSU IT's new Oracle Exadatas, coordinated the Oracle database migration to those new Exadatas, and coordinated the migration all the Weblogic servers for the banner environment to Linux 7 servers.

Ms. Musselman joined OSU IT in February of 2008. She is part of the IT Accounting group. She handles all payroll processing, account reconciliations, and HR processes for the department. She is eager to assist in the growth of the ever-evolving world of technology.

Ms. Woods has worked for over 25 years in IT, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and Information Systems. She has extensive experience in account provisioning and access control. Her main focus is leading the Enterprise Identity Management System team.

Mr. Kerntke has worked for Oklahoma State University's IT department for 20 years. He spent 10+ years working with mainframe production, 4 years as manager of the area. He has spent the last 7 years working with the new Banner environment and was part of the team tasked with implementation. In the past year he has built the new Cognos 11 reporting environments, aided in the migration of the Oracle databases (both staging and production) to the new Exadata hardware, and built new servers to handle transmitting database generate files to vendors/departments.

Mr. Turpen has worked nearly 34 years in IT with experience in several IT roles around the nation, including for the United States Army (MOS 74F), the corporate world (Kinko's and Creative Labs), private consulting, and Higher Education. He has extensive experience having run the gamut of IT careers including technical support agent, technical recon agent, shift lead, control desk coordinator, Netware 3.12 administrator, PBX installer and administrator; and programmer/analyst, all before joining Oklahoma State University in 2006. Since then, he has been a Computer Support Specialist in both Financial Information Management and IT DeskSide Support; a Security Analyst for IT Security, and a Server Administrator in STW IT Server Administration, now holding the title Enterprise Systems Admin II.
Nick Chiconas began working in the Software Services team as a student in the Summer of 2019. They have created several data feeds to enable the integration of third party applications with Banner. Nick has also worked on jobs that produce reports and automate various processes for users.

Pam started with the University in Agricultural Economics. She jumped over to the Administrative Systems Development Department in 1988 and began her career in Information Technology. She has progressed in her career from Programmer, to Systems Analyst Programmer, to Systems Analyst to Sr. Systems Analyst to Manager. She spent her early years on financial aid, and expanded into Student/Admissions/HR/Finance areas. She led the Web Development Team for several years before taking over Management of the department.

Rusty has provided key research for the production and publishing of internal and external IT Knowledgebase documentation. His duties currently include in depth analysis for Server Administration and other Technology Support apps and services.
Ryan has worked in Higher Education IT for over 15 years, serving in various roles at public universities in Oklahoma and Kansas. A graduate of Kansas State University, Ryan has overseen the administration and maintenance of online learning systems serving students on a global scale, led the migration of multi-campus phone services to modern VoIP solutions, and coordinated phone system integrations with municipal public safety answering points for effective campus emergency response.

Shawn has worked for IT for Oklahoma State University for 21 years. Shawn serves as a manager of Senior Enterprise System. His experience includes building innovative technology solutions for Oklahoma State and the AnM Systems. He partners with the AnM systems for email and active directory services. Shawn has recently completed the upgrade of Active Directory, secured the email environment and increased security to the Azure environment within the OSU and AnM systems.

Shirley Griffith has worked in IT and Higher Education for over nine years. She earned her master's degree in Telecommunications Management in 2018 and earned the CISSP in 2020. She enjoys learning about new security technologies and helping everyone be more secure.
Steve has worked over 39 years in IT and Higher Education with experience including time as a consultant with the leading provider of administrative software for Higher Education.

Ted has been employed with OSU for 7 years in Central Information Technology (IT). He has 16+ years in IT as an analyst and holds a Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems. He has written and implemented technical solution documentation for several services within IT. He has wide-ranging experience with creation of web pages used to allow customers access to technical solutions to issues and application use.

TJ has over 36 years of programming experience. She helped develop a labor distribution system for one of Pepsico's branch subsidiary's, created an online form that handled vendors, their related PO's, and claims all on the same page, but functioned independently of each other. She worked hard with her coworkers to convert OSU's Finance, HR and Payroll processes from a mainframe system to the Banner web based system. Hence, she also had to make the transition to becoming a web based programmer. Today, she continues to help develop processes that enhance the users ability to do their jobs more efficiently.
