Cesar is another member of the senior staff of Imaging Medical Solutions. He parlays his dedication as an avid photographer and constant learner of that field to educate all of us about the necessity of taking ownership of a situation. To him the worst action is the one that is not taken.
He always takes the extra time to guide us in the understanding that we have to look at more than one option in everything we do. "Once you have done that, then and only then can both you and your customer understand what it is that you are really trying to accomplish" is one of his favorite sayings.
Cesar has two sons and a wonderful wife and believes that Jazz is the best form of music in the world.

Isander is always on the lookout for opportunities that can make the company more efficient. It is under his guidance that Imaging Medical Solutions was able to undergo one of its most challenging projects: the construction of our headquarters.
His dedication to provide us with only the best of spaces while still navigating the perilous trail that is the permit process of the City of Miramar is only but a sample of how good he is at simplifying even the most complicated of situations.
He is just as dedicated to his two daughters and his wife and when he graces us with some of his favorite musical selections by blasting it through his Soundsticks on his iMac we are all a bit happier than before we heard it.
In a very short time Joann has proven that it is just as important to have personal success as it is to complete professional achievements.
Joann is not a person that ever stands back and let things happen. This is evidenced by her hobbies in skiing and travel - we know that we can all count on Adriana whenever we really need something done right.
Joann is the very proud mother, and rightly so, of teenager Spencer.

Miguel is the oil that keeps the wheels at Imaging Medical Solutions running smoothly.
His experiences have taught him that the only way to really accomplish anything is by providing excellent customer service. Thus, his "can-do" attitude when it comes to getting anything done for our customers.
We think this simple sentence sums up what Ruben is all about:

As passionate about work as he is about his family, it is with great pride that Ruben reminds all of us that all that we do is to better provide for our family. And who can blame him, as he has a beautiful daughter (Adriana) with his wife, Sharon.

Ruben Garcia Sr. brings over 20 years of experience in the imaging medical services industry. It is under his guidance that companies such as Borschow Medical Supplies, Picker and more recently DISS have become leading forces in the industry.
His drive to succeed combined with his advice regarding sales, strategy and tactical situations has created an environment of both accountability and urgency at Imaging Medical Solutions that has allowed us to excel in even the most challenging of situations.
Ruben is the happy and proud grandfather of Natalia, Adriana and Sebastian.

Sergio puts the word "Service" in "Service Engineer." He is dedicated to his work and our customers in a way that no other engineer in the industry can even hope to match.
Sergio is factory-trained by all of our vendors, as such, he can install and maintain everything from a CR to a mini-PACS.
