INDEPENDENCE GOLD-SILVER MINES

Independence Gold-Silver Mines Inc. was formed in the early 1960's to explore and develop 15 unpatented mining claims on BLM land approximately 15 miles South of Battle Mountain, Nevada, in the Battle Mountain Mining District. Since then, Battle Mountain Gold, succeeded by Newmont Gold, succeeded by Nevada Gold, a joint venture between Newmont and Barrick Gold Corp, have dug 3 open pits all within a mile of the Independence, and produced in excess of $10 billion in Gold. The Independence is currently being explored by America's Gold Exploration Inc., pursuant to an Exploration and Option to Purchase, as amended, entered into on June 26, 2017, and its operator and explorationist is Don McDowell.
