Jack's Produce began in 2004 as a farm in Pearsall, Texas and originally, grew only green beans and cabbage. In 2009, sweet corn was added and we are currently the only grower in Texas of fresh sweet corn! Over the years, we have increased our lineup to include: Broccoli, lettuces, squashes, okra, and pickling cucumbers.
