We pride ourselves in our skills and work ethic. We struggle to provide a decent living wage for our members, to provide health insurance for them and their families and provide a pension plan, so that when retirement comes, they will still be able to provide for themselves with dignity... In partnership with our contractors we have a commitment to excellence, to ensure projects are safe, completed on time and under budget. We have always believed that education and training is the cornerstone of our Local Union. A well trained Iron Worker is always in demand. We provide extensive training through our Apprenticeship Program as well as Journeymen Upgrading in the newest industry techniques, so that we can keep Journeymen skills evolving with the ever changing construction industry.
