"Our pride, Jayalaxmi cooperative established in 2072 with the main slogan "Self-reliance through cooperatives", is providing different services. Established as an agricultural cooperative, this cooperative is committed to the economic, moral and social upliftment of enrolled members, has purchased about 3.05 hectares (i.e. 60 ropanies) of immovable property in its own name and aimed for agro tourism and management of organic food product. After successful completion of 5 years as an agricultural cooperative, it led inclusive merging of two other small scaled cooperatives "Mukti Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited & Ashtalakshmi Didibahini Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited".
