Chandler is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Customer Service and Support Department. He says: "The most fulfilling part of my job is assisting small businesses that were negatively impacted by the coronavirus and to see the impact of the refund. One other aspect that fulfills my day is the family we have created at ERC Specialists and the unity we have within our company."
Chandler is a proud member of the Lumbee Tribe in Pembroke, North Carolina, and he and his wife Jessica have four children. Chandler enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family, and real estate investing in his spare time.

Geri Bohn leads the team of Payroll Tax professionals at ERC Specialists. She's a Certified Payroll Professional by the American Payroll Association (APA) and serves as a Board member of the Utah APA Chapter.
Geri has over twenty years of payroll experience and has successfully worked with hundreds of businesses to accurately process their payroll. At ERC Specialists, Geri ensures all clients are receiving timely and personal service in a friendly can-do manner that creates long-lasting relationships.
She lives in Eagle Mountain with her husband Chris, and their three children. She is a mother of a special needs teenage son on the Autism spectrum, and that keeps her very involved in the Autism community. She loves boxing, camping, boating, Jeeping off-road, and spending lots of time outdoors. Her favorite quote is: "Blessed are the flexible, for they won't be bent out of shape."
As the ERC Specialists CTO, Guy recognizes the extraordinary opportunity that is ERC Specialists, and is excited to work with the brilliant team to execute the current business plans, build a great engineering team, and create the next generation of technology to fuel growth. He will be working hand in hand with Justin to ensure that our technology needs are in place for the future of ERC Specialists. Guy lives in Provo with his wife, five children, and a dog. He loves to get outdoors to hike, canoe, river raft, and trail run.
A seasoned entrepreneur who owns a successful Utah company that produces outdoor events, Jenn Killian is a licensed Real Estate Agent who attended Brigham Young University Idaho. She joined the ERC Specialists team when our company first got started and continues to be a pivotal member of the team as we grow.
Jen is the hub of all things ERC Specialists, dedicated to supporting each department and ensuring that our CEO Mark Sullivan is up to date on everything happening in our fast-growing organization. Jenn says, "I love being around people! It's exciting to learn different strengths from everyone and see how we can work together and create not only a positive environment here in the office but also a culture that reflects to our customers. We are helping small businesses find relief and being a business owner myself, I know this credit is helping in more ways than we know for these businesses."
When she's not at work, Jenn works with the youth in her church and goes on adventures with her husband and four children. They love all of the seasons in Utah and take full advantage of our state's natural wonders, from skiing to hiking, off-roading to camping. Jenn and her family love spending time adventuring and finding places to camp and enjoy their family and friends, and as Visit Utah Ambassadors, they travel and create content and marketing assets for the state.
Josh has been an entrepreneur for almost 20 years. His primary focus is investing in residential and commercial real estate. Josh's key expertise includes asset and portfolio management, broker relations, investor and client relations, banking relations, economic and demographic trends, market analysis, due diligence oversight, financing oversight, acquisition and disposition strategies, transaction oversight and business development.
When Josh first learned about the ERC, he spoke to some CPAs and payroll firms but was unsuccessful in finding a solution for his company's filings, so he took it upon himself to help other businesses receive this credit from the government. He took the approach of the book "Who not How" to hire top experts who specialize in this niche program. With his dream team in place, Josh now leads business development and marketing at ERC Specialists.
When Josh isn't working, he's spending time with his wife of 21 years, Taryn, and his four children. Josh grew up in Morgan, UT where he was a multi-sport athlete but his love was in basketball. Now, years later, he gives back by coaching local students to succeed both in sports and in life.
Judi Storey with her nearly 30 years of experience, has proven her outstanding dedication in many key positions. She has spent her professional career building strong teams, architected systems and frameworks, and developed key business processes. As a former CTO and COO, Judi has been pivotal in the successful growth of several companies throughout the Wasatch Front. She is also an investor in a start-up accelerator RevRoad and has held seats on varying Boards of Directors.
Judi believes commitment to integrity and raising the bar of excellence will bring additional growth and opportunity to the ERC community. Judi is passionate about building high functioning teams and delivering results.
When Judi is not at work, you can find her busy on her 50-acre farm with her husband Nick and their combined seven children (and 2 sons-in-law). Judi is a Utah native, she and her family also enjoy the lovely Utah mountains, camping, their 2 mini-schnauzers, traveling, especially on their Harleys, cooking, and spending time with all her family around the valley.
Justin Atkinson has spent most of his professional career building and managing sales teams, as well as targeting new product development within growth markets. Although Justin is passionate about the sales process, what he always enjoyed most was using systems and processes that allowed him to scale his own efforts. Justin has always had an entrepreneurial nature, which he has used to see his professional opportunities as his own business to create.
When Justin first heard about the ERC program he quickly saw the lack of infrastructure to support this critical program. With small businesses struggling due to the pandemic and few business owners aware the program even existed, he immediately began building a system that would make this program available to all businesses that desperately needed the support. By utilizing his previous in-depth experience and understanding of the sales process, combined with his ability to engineer processes and systems, Justin was able to create a scalable system that is now providing access to this critical program for thousands of businesses.
Justin is passionate about solving big problems with solutions that encourage empowerment. While he loves this endeavor his true passion is his family. He enjoys the challenges and joys of raising 4 children with his wife, Erin.

Mark Morrell joined ERC Specialists in 2021 after decades leading teams at Disneyland Resort, the Utah Jazz Organization, and Brigham Young University. Mark holds an ITIL V4 Pink Elephant certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library management and is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. He is also addicted to audiobooks and is a strong advocate of "Commuter University".
As a leader of ERC Specialists' Customer Fulfillment department, Mark loves to incorporate his Disney background into all aspects of the customer experience. He helps oversee the entire process of gathering, evaluating, and processing customer documentation accurately and expeditiously. Mark's favorite thing about his role at ERC Specialists is that he's able to align with the vision and values of the organization. Serving small business owners and assisting them in a way that can ultimately help them serve their customers is what really rang true for Mark. He believes that small businesses are the backbone of this great country and he's all about assisting them in being successful.
Mark's biggest passion is his amazing wife and three children. They love making memories while traveling and road tripping. When Mark isn't focused on providing legendary service and value, you can find him golfing, trail running, eating delicious food, and planning his next family trip.
Mark Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling profitable companies. When Mark heard about ERC Specialists, he immediately saw the opportunity to help thousands of business owners recover from the pandemic, and he answered the call to lead our company as CEO.
Over the last 10 years, Mark has founded and launched 5 different companies that each hit $1m in sales in their first 12 months in business. During that time as a co-owner and acting CEO, he generated over $30m+ in revenue. As acting CEO for ERC Specialists, he's had the opportunity to oversee over half a billion dollars of filed credits helping thousands of businesses access COVID-19 relief funds.
As the leader of ERC Specialists, Mark drives the company's strong commitment to its mission of empowering growth, which includes the growth of our employees, customers, community relationships, and affiliates. He's relentlessly committed to the cause of helping business owners and is working hard each day to make it a reality.
Mark has a passion for life, family, and creating solutions that help others. When Mark is not building world-class companies, you'll find him on an ATV exploring the mountains of Utah, playing basketball with his four sons, or savoring the sweet life with his wife April.

As the ERC Specialists legal team leader, Rocky Crofts advises the company related to all legal matters, supervises compliance and risk management, and signs all documents necessary for our clients to receive the ERTC. Rocky graduated from Weber State University, holds law degrees from the University of Idaho and the University of Miami, and has been a proud member of the Utah State Bar since 2003. He's owned his private practice since 2005, focusing on commercial and residential real estate law.
Rocky's favorite thing about working at ERC Specialists is the extraordinary people he associates with daily. He loves building things and being part of a team full of remarkable men and women of intelligence and integrity. Rocky resides in Roy, Utah, with his wife Stacy, three sons, and two labs named Havoc and Storm. He's an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoys traveling to new places with his family.
Following a long and successful career in real estate investment and strategic planning, Rusty Pollard joined the leadership team at ERC Specialists to head up our fast-growing Affiliate program. One of the highlights of Rusty's career was leading strategic planning at Boeing in the real estate, facilities, and construction division for the largest building and largest airplane manufacturing site in the world. For the last several years, Rusty has devoted his career to commercial and multifamily investing and asset management.
At ERC Specialists, Rusty leads the affiliate marketing division and affiliate support team- heading up our onboarding, training, compliance, and technical support efforts. Rusty says, "We're helping keep the doors open and the lights on for small businesses across the US! It really doesn't get better than that-small businesses really are the backbone of our country."
When work hours are over, Rusty volunteers as a CASA (Court Assigned Special Advocate) volunteer for kids in the custody of the state, helping to ensure they have a role model and get the time, resources and attention they need. He also enjoys motocross racing, snowboarding, mountain biking, camping and fishing with his wife and three children.
Having held senior-level positions including VP of Operations, VP of HR & Customer Service, VP of Sales, President, COO, and CEO, Shane has a unique ability to develop, manage, and execute both high-level strategic plans and detailed tactical campaigns.
At ERC Specialists, Shane is accountable for all operating business segments of the company. He provides leadership, management, and vision to ensure proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization, increase operating efficiency and maintain financial strength.
Shane lives his life by this motto: "Work Hard, Smart, and Inspired." He and his wife Angie have three daughters and reside in Orem, Utah. When he's not working, Shane enjoys baking cookies, taking road trips with his family, fishing, and mountain biking.
