Amber has over fifteen years' experience working in television, digital, and print in various sales and management roles. Amber loves working with local clients and enjoys helping her regional clients succeed as well.
Amy Jo Williams- Wintz is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a communications degree and emphasis in Radio and TV broadcasting. She started out working in radio and print before she found her true love, TV, at KBSH TV in Hays. While at KBSH she was very involved with Fort Hays State University as her husband Chad was the Head Coach of Fort Hays State University Men's basketball team and she served on the Delta Zeta housing core and Alumnae board. When her husband Chad became the Head Coach at Hutchinson Community College Men's Basketball team they moved to Hutchinson and that is where she found her home in Hutchinson at the original KWCH studios for the last 20 years. Amy Jo works Hutchinson and surrounding communities and loves to consult with local businesses and help them put together comprehensive marketing plans to strategic plan a successful future. Amy Jo has volunteered her time and marketing talents to help serve local schools and important organizations locally and currently serves on the Hutchinson High School Business Department Advisory Board and the Hutchinson Community College Media Communications Advisory Board.
In 2008 AJ won the Peggy Scott Achievement Award from the Broadcast Professionals of Wichita and in 2020 was awarded the Kansas Association of Broadcasters' Mike Oatman Award for Broadcast Sales Excellence. You may recognize Amy Jo from seeing her on TV promoting her clients on the successful Kansas Proud Program and Kansas Shopper Show. BJ has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients successfully market their businesses on both radio and television. During that time, he has worked in traffic, production, and sales. He enjoys getting to know new and interesting people while creating effective, comprehensive marketing plans.

David is a career television executive with over 30 years' experience. He's worked at every commercial station in the market, as well as the Huntington-Charleston, West Virginia, and Kansas City markets, and since August of 2022, Vice President and General Manager of KWCH/KSCW. A graduate of Kansas State University, David also holds a Mini-MBA certificate from Wichita State University. David is the former Past President of the Advertising Federation of Wichita, a founding member of the Broadcast Professionals of Wichita, a founding Board Member and current Vice President of www.dragonmaster.org, a 501c3 pediatric brain cancer charity formed in 2013, and he served for 7 years on the Marketing Committee for the United Way of the Plains. David and his wife Amy have two children. He enjoys volunteering, cooking for friends and live music.

Desi started her career in media in 1998, after graduating from Kanas State University, with many years of media broadcast knowledge in the Wichita market, primarily in the Advertising Sales sector. Desi has extensive knowledge of all advertising mediums, as she has worked in print, radio, digital and TV. Desi has also worked at a local advertising agency as a media buyer and has been helping local and regional accounts grow and expand their businesses.
Desi has been an Account Executive for KWCH Channel 12 News and the CW affiliate since 2012 and is fluent in Spanish. Desi has volunteered at the Lord's Diner since 2006. Desi and her husband have two sons and she enjoys watching her boys play soccer, cooking and traveling.

Greg grew up in Bennington Kansas, a small town of about 500 people. His family owned a Flower & Gift shop. Growing up in retail, he learned from an early age, there is no such thing as 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. While he will be the first to tell you there is NO WAY he would be in the floral business, he loves the business aspect of providing a product or a service that the community needs. He understands what each business means to a community and their importance of surviving and growing in that community. For the past 35 years, Greg has seen a lot of changes in the advertising marketplace. He understands the complexity and how to best help you navigate your business through it. Away from work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, anything K-State related, and helping coach Special Olympics athletes for the ARC of Central Plains.
Hunter has 3 years of customer service and inside sales experience, he has learned extensive networking and communication skills, he is also willing to go the extra mile to bring your business to it's fullest potential.

Jeff McCausland was born and raised in Wichita. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 1989, he returned home to pursue a career in broadcast advertising sales. Jeff has spent over thirty years working in television and radio in various sales and management roles in Wichita. He has served the community with various civic and non-profit groups including Wichita Festivals, Wichita Wagonmasters, Kansas Association of Broadcasters, The Workforce Alliance of Southcentral Kansas, The Independent School and Big Brothers & Big Sisters. Jeff and his wife Laurie have four kids. He enjoys music, skiing, tennis, golf, and gardening.
Karen was raised in Wichita and remembers walking into KTVH Channel 12 to pick up her dad from work. Following in her father's footsteps she started her media career at KWCH in 1987 working in production and promotion before leaving in '92 to marry her husband Barry who she met while working here. Karen has worked in a variety of businesses including banking and development/fundraising at local non-profits, but she always found her way back in the media industry which is what she has always enjoyed the most. Karen has worked at local radio stations and in a variety of departments at local television stations from promotion, news, production and recently as Creative Service Director.
Karen and Barry spent evenings and weekends watching their two sons play baseball and attending other school events. Now that the kids are grown, they are enjoying downtime at home, cooking, traveling, cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats and spending time with family.

Kelly joined the KWCH sales team in 2016. She made her way to the station after spending a decade as an Account Director with various advertising agencies, building marketing strategies for brands like Pizza Hut and McDonald's. Along the way, she was honored with the Supreme Service Award, the top national Pizza Hut marketing award, for organizing a Susan G. Komen fundraising initiative across multiple markets. Kelly excels at customer service, while handling the unique needs of each client. She has a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Wichita State University. She has served as a Board Member with Ronald McDonald House Charities and Live Auction Chair with the St. Thomas Aquinas STArlight Gala. Kelly and her fiancé, Todd, have four children. She enjoys running, KU Basketball, and gardening.
Melissa joins KWCH after spending several years in health care development. She enjoys generating original content and using her creativity to produce unique advertising campaigns for her clients. Melissa has served on numerous charitable organizations in Wichita including Kidzcope, Maureen Connolly Brinker, Wichita Tennis Open and on multiple committees within her daughters' school.
She graduated from California State University Chico with a major in Health Science and earned a Master's Degree from University of Oklahoma in Communications. Originally from San Diego, after spending almost 20 years in Wichita she now considers it home.
In her spare time, you can find her walking one of the several dogs owned by her 2 daughters and her partner Tom, or on the tennis court, but she is sure not to miss her weekend nap.

After receiving her master's degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Marketing from Wichita State University, Pam Wright started her journey in Broadcast Television sales in 2001. Pam prides herself on her ability to create customized solutions and strategies that help businesses of varying sizes grow revenue. Actively pursuing different topics to learn, Pam dove into the Digital Marketing side of Advertising, receiving certifications from the Interactive Advertising Bureau and Google. In addition to her role as DSM at KWCH, Pam is currently teaching Digital Marketing for WSU Tech and lives with an adorable, sweet, overly hyper Blue Heeler mix named Jada. In her spare time, she enjoys any activity that is outdoors, reading, taking boxing classes, practicing yoga, and playing trivia.
Sharon's diverse background and experience has allowed her the ability to connect with businesses both large and small. Sharon enjoys helping business owners create "top of mind" awareness through building targeted solutions to reach their existing and potential new customers.
