Over the years Adam has enjoyed managing many different types of properties and people. Having relocated to Philadelphia after graduating from Penn State, Alex got his start in the real estate industry as an investment property sales agent in 2018 and has been passionate about the business ever since. A Philly native herself, Anna works closely with her husband who develops real estate in some of the most up and coming areas of the city. Chris, one of our property managers, has the perfect combination of customer service administration and hands-on repair skills. Originally from the Jersey shore, he came to Philadelphia to attend La Salle University and loved the city so much he decided to make it his permanent home after graduating. He himself is a landlord of a couple of properties in North Philly so he came to us with first-hand knowledge on how to best deal with property maintenance issues and tenant expectations from a landlord's point of view. He is knowledgeable in the Philadelphia maintenance code requirements as well as many aspects surrounding basic carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, so he can often diagnose issues right away, an invaluable trait in this business. Before coming to JG Real Estate, he worked as an analyst at a supply chain consulting firm and when he is not working, he spends his time doing home improvement projects, working on his old car and finding new places to eat.

Claire, our Director of Accounts, has been part of the JG Real Estate team for over 8 years. Before joining JG, she worked in a number of different fields. She was a bookseller, a restaurant event planner/manager and an ad sales and distribution manager for local publications. She's known for her follow through and attention to detail. She enjoys making sure our internal processes are running smoothly and providing our clients with a clear understanding of their property's accounting. Claire loves cooking and taking road trips outside the city to hike and visit wineries and breweries. When she's not at work, she's either playing drums at a local club, checking out the newest Philly dining scene additions or grilling at Penn Treaty Park.
Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Danielle knows the ins and outs of the city very well! As the Leasing Coordinator, she is the first contact for leasing questions & rental application processes. She works extremely hard to make sure everyone's needs are met & questions are answered. Max comes to JG from a real estate family. Having grown up with landlords for parents, you could say he got into the game early. Max studied history at Rutgers University, and, after graduating, moved to Philadelphia to teach high school math and pursue his Master's from the University of Pennsylvania. Once in the city, Max caught the real estate bug and started buying rental properties in Fishtown and Port Richmond. Now Max is a licensed agent, and also coaches wrestling at Mariana Bracetti Academy Charter School and the Philadelphia PAL Rizzo Center. He's ready to use his experience and expertise to help you buy or sell your home!
Mike was exposed to real estate at an early age by his grandfather who owned and operated a chain of auto parts stores throughout Philadelphia - his grandfather instilled in him the excitement and potential in owning the ‘bricks'.
Mike is a developer and investor who has completed many real estate projects throughout the Philadelphia region in addition to representing other developers and builders in acquiring, formulating strategy, and ultimately marketing their projects.

Pat, the Director of Property Management, has been working in the real estate and property management business since 2008. Prior to joining JG Real Estate, he had been with a management company in the Main Line doing everything from property management to maintenance, leasing and accounting. Shortly after graduating college with a degree in Accounting, he realized that he was not meant to sit in an office all day. Pat has a knack for figuring things out. Whether its a large scale project like finding a leak in a newly constructed condo's green roof, or smaller scale tinkering with garbage disposal malfunctions, Pat is a problem solver while simultaneously maintaining professionalism and courtesy with owners, tenants and vendors. Responsive, reliable and hardworking, Pat loves seeing new properties and has no fear about facing new challenges - he welcomes them.
Paul brings 10 years of experience in property management to JG Real Estate, and a diverse background in many different areas of the industry, including sales. His passion for people is what motivates him- Whether it's finding a client the right place to call home, or helping to solve a difficult maintenance issue, his focus is on customer service. Although a South Jersey native, Paul loves Philadelphia, and is excited to work in the many neighborhoods throughout the city.
