LET'S TALK MENTAL HEALTH

In order to respond to this growing need for mental health education and supportive mental health cultures in the workplace, Let's Talk Mental Health delivers interactive, engaging and informative workshops and training. Through this level of educational support, Let's Talk Mental Health increases understanding of mental health and how it impacts the workplace, as well as crucially addressing how to respond and take care of our mental health. Signposting staff to services that are available to them, is also a central focus of the content, along with how to take care of our mental health, and how to support others. Workshops can also be delivered at a management level to provide advice and guidance on how managers can create a positive and supportive mental health environment... Let's Talk Mental Health delivers mental health and well-being workshops in education, community, and corporate settings.
