Anshul is a Managing Director and co-leads the investment team. She specializes in lifestyle, beauty & personal care and home improvement sectors. She serves on the board of Duroflex. She previously led consumer sector coverage at ICICI Securities including M&A, PE and capital market transactions.
Vivek earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.

Ms. Vogelstein has over 25 years of experience in venture capital and specialized equity investing. She was formerly a partner at Apax Partners & Co. Ventures ("Apax"), where she was responsible for the firm's media investments and chaired the firm's international media investment group. Prior to joining Apax, Ms. Vogelstein was a partner at Warburg, Pincus & Co., where she was the firm's first woman private equity partner and was responsible for co-founding the firm's London office. Currently, Ms. Vogelstein is Chairman of the Board^ of the Brooklyn Museum and former Chairman of the Board of The School of American Ballet. She also serves on the boards of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts ^ and Third Way, a progressive think tank, and was a longtime Trustee of Vassar College. Ms. Vogelstein has an Economics degree from Vassar College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Brian is the former CEO of 3i Group plc, a FTSE 100 company operating in 14 countries, with USD 15 billion under management. Brian is a Senior Advisor to Lighthouse and serves on the boards of Fund I and Fund II.
Richard is the former US Ambassador to India, the former Governor of Ohio and the former President of Colorado College and Director of Peace Corps. He serves as Senior Advisor to Lighthouse.
Sachin is a founding partner of Lighthouse. Born and brought up in Bihar, he has a unique understanding of rural and urban India. His corporate banking experience brings depth to both access and approach on new business development. His deep analytical skills and rustic style connects well with the founders. He sits on four portfolio company boards.
Sachin earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant.
Sean is a founding partner of Lighthouse and a member of the firm's investment committee. He was an early believer in the "Great Indian Entrepreneurial Revolution" and has called the country home for nearly two decades. He loves to find and build companies that will define India's global leadership. He thrives on helping founders through their growth, with every day being a learning opportunity. Sean currently serves on the Board of Kama Ayurveda, and previously served on the Boards of Nykaa, Fabindia, Tynor Orthotics and Suraksha Diagnostics, amongst other firms. He is also on the Steering Committee for ARMMAN, a leading, tech-enabled NGO for maternal healthcare.
Shiv is an Associate at Lighthouse. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Shiv worked in the investment banking division at Spark Capital, where he worked across sectors with a focus on Technology and Healthcare. Previously, he also started a hyperlocal logistics business in tier II cities for doorstep delivery of essential items which was very appreciated during the COVID-19 imposed lockdown.
