Heather Ellis, from Blue Wren Consulting, partners with McAllister Leadership to deliver some of our leadership development work. Heather is a community leader, social worker and change maker, driven by creativity, energy and collaborative spirit. When Heather Ellis left farming 15 years ago to go to University as a mature student she discovered life has more to offer than she'd dreamed of. Her work currently includes domestic violence prevention, growing rural leadership & supporting individuals, teams and communities to grow. Heather's dreams are to enable folks in the city and the bush to dream and achieve big.
