MDX SITE - Key Persons
Ben has been apart of MDX since 2017 and is son of Vice President, James McElroy. Ben values leadership and having good organization at work. He is currently a lowboy driver, laborer, and mechanic for this company. Some quality skills ben has are organization and being a good leader to others.
Outside of work Ben enjoys riding dirtbike, pulling trucks, and going to his family cabin in New York. Ben is planning on attending Thaddeus Stevens Technical College in 2022 for civil engineering.
Derek started for MDX in January of 2022. He values his fellow crewmates and taking pride in what he does. Some skills he acquires is assuring all work is done correctly, managing his time throughout the work day, and keeping the crew members on task. His role is an Earthwork Foreman.
Derek enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers/dirt bikes. He also has two children.
Jim has been apart of MDX since 2007 alongside his brother Tom. Jim values honesty, quality, and proper planning. Jim is known for some of his skills such as strategy planning, budgeting, and project management. His role for this company is Vice president and operations manager.
In Jim's free time he enjoys spending time with his 3 children. He enjoys restoring classic cars and participating in pulling trucks with his younger son. He also likes going to his cabin to ride dirt bikes and four-wheelers. He also enjoys going to the beach with his daughter.
Mike joined MDX as a Laborer in 2012. Mike's skills over past years have brought him to a Supervisor position in 2019. Mike values time management, preparedness and Quality. Mike's motivation and preparedness has ensured that the projects are properly planned and delivered on time and within budget.
Mike has one daughter and enjoys spending quality time with her. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

Seth joined MDX as a Supervisor in December of 2018. Some important values of Seth is getting the job done efficiently. His quality skills include being a good leader, role model, and having good time management.
Seth loves the outdoors. He enjoys fishing and hunting in his free time. He is also a volunteer firefighter and likes to help the community and others. He has two children and is soon to be married.
Tom has been apart of MDX since 2007. Tom has established MDX alongside his brother, James McElroy. Tom has gained his knowledge from over the years from valuing dedication and preparation. His dedication to this company assured proper planning and preparation to successfully run the business. Tom's role includes President of MDX and to oversee the success of the company.
Tom enjoys spending time with his family. Tom and his wife have 4 children and 3 dogs. Some of the things he enjoys doing with his family includes traveling, riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, and camping.
