I'm a London-based User Experience Designer, Strategist, and certified UX Manager specializing in driving business growth through customer-centered solutions. My areas of expertise include: creating and implementing a UX strategy, designing insights-driven and cross-cultural digital products, optimizing customer journeys, A/B testing, and conducting UX audits. I'm currently a UX Designer at Fortnum & Mason... I was born in Poznan, Poland. My passion for design and tinkering has been slowly evolving since early childhood. As a 5-year-old, I was torturing my grandmother to teach my how to sew. As a 7-year-old, I co-designed my first UFO invasion during local art workshops for children. Although it was the last "invasion" I have ever designed, some of my later work was frequently displayed at Poznan World Trade Center...
