Our goal is to raise postsecondary completion rates across Missouri, particularly for students coming from low-income backgrounds and BILPOC (Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and People of Color) Missourians... The Missouri College and Career Attainment Network (MOCAN) exists to ensure Missouri students who could most benefit from education beyond high school have what they need to earn a credential leading to a rewarding career. MOCAN is built on the success of two prior initiatives: Missouri College Access Network and St. Louis Graduates... As a network of partners, MOCAN is bringing greater equity to college and career in Missouri by addressing common barriers for students.
