Clover Williams has been a Breckenridge resident since 1998 and was a licensed Colorado real estate broker from 2000 to 2022. She has spent the past 20+ years building lasting relationships with local service providers from housekeepers & handymen to plumbers & electricians. She has listed, sold, and managed high-end homes and has been involved in the various aspects of home maintenance and repair in our alpine environment from the beginning. With an eye for detail and a professional approach, Clover is well equipped to handle all of your investment property needs and is pleased to offer her services to the second homeowners of Breckenridge, CO. Nicole Burns has been visiting Breckenridge for over 13 years and has owned a timeshare in Breckenridge with her twin sister since 2011. She is a passionate and versatile professional with a diverse background in architecture, yacht management, estate management, and hospitality services. Nicole graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in architecture. She initially embarked on a career as a graduate architect, but pivoted to the world of luxury motor yachts. For over 12 years, she honed her skills as a personal assistant chief stewardess in the yachting industry, overseeing the construction of motor yachts. Her journey then led her to estate management, where she oversaw the development and operation of vacation homes, catering to the unique needs of each property owner. Nicole will be helping out with Mountain Home Services as needed.
