Mr. Baradat is the founding and managing partner of the Law Office of Carlos A. Baradat, P.A., where he focuses his practice on issues involving electronic ediscovery, bar admission, and immigration law. He graduated from Hodges University with a Bachelor's in Legal Studies and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Baradat ran the litigation and information technology department at a prominent southwest Florida law firm. For over ten years, Mr. Baradat has worked in the fields of business, law, and information technology. It is that same professional experience along with his legal education that has allowed him to refine his skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership. These are all skills that have helped him have a successful law career over the years, and laid the foundation for how he approaches his law practice today. In addition, Mr. Baradat has proudly taught at Hodges University for both their Bachelor's and Master's legal studies programs for nearly eight years. Following his passion for the law and his love for technology, Mr. Baradat also enjoys the simpler things in life and loves to spend time with his family and friends. Knowing that community involvement is the catalyst for any positive change, Mr. Baradat is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Collier County Bar Association, and a proud member of the Florida Bar.
