As Assistant Accountant, Alex is responsible for company auditing, managing accounts, cost control, budgeting and cash flow forecasting. From preparing financial records to maintaining reports, Alex ensures Neave's documents and files are kept up to date. Alex has 10 years' professional accounting experience and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Open University of Hong Kong.

As Senior Secretarial Assistant, Beatrice is responsible for supporting Neave's Senior Managers and Executives through a range of tasks. From planning and scheduling meetings to making travel arrangements and undertaking sales, clerical and commercial activities, Beatrice help to keep policies and procedures in the office running smoothly. Beatrice joined Neave in 1996 and has over 23 years' professional experience. In her spare time, she enjoys playing Badminton.

Joyce joined Neave in 2019 and is responsible for HR and Administration. She joined the company with a host of analytical skills, budgeting and project management experience, and focuses on process improvement and vendor management to add a wealth of value to the group. With over 15 years in office management and commercial roles across a variety of industries. Joyce focuses on quality and operations performance including organizational integrity, quality improvement and culture development. Joyce's experience inside organizations provides her with an appreciation for the impact HR initiatives have on organization effectiveness and her cost effectiveness mindset ensure positive business results. Prior to joining Neave, Joyce held a variety of roles and gained her expertise at a number of multinational corporations including United Company RUSAL Plc, Anglo American Plc, Global Payment Hong Kong, SanDisk Hong Kong, COACH International, Verint System (Asia Pacific) Limited and Comverse Network System Asia Pacific Limited. She has a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, United States of America and a Certificate in Putonghua Trainers from Beijing Normal University. Joyce is a fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin speaker.
