Ana C. Toledo

Ms. Toledo's practice focuses on labor and employment law. She represents employers in various industries in a variety of workplace issues and disputes including wages, discrimination, harassment, unfair labor practices, government agency investigations and citations, as well as counseling employers on personnel policies and procedures. Anne Frassetto Olsen

Ms. Olsen's practice is focused on dispute resolution including business litigation, management-side labor and employment issues, labor relations including labor negotiations and representing management in union issues and disputes and working with public entities and non-profit organizations. Ms. Olsen represents clients in a variety of matters including labor negotiations and arbitrations, partnership issues, construction, real estate, common interest developments, landlord/tenant matters and management-side labor and employment. She is experienced in litigating these issues in court proceedings, as well as in administrative tribunals including the EEOC, DFEH, NLRB, ALRB and PERB. Ms. Olsen is a past Board member of the SPCA for Monterey County, the Monterey County Legal Services Corporation and the Salinas Valley Literacy Foundation. She was appointed to the City of Salinas Blue Ribbon Budget Committee in 2009. Anne was a regular contributor to the Salinas Californian newspaper from 2003 to 2011 and has written articles for Coastal Grower magazine. Anne K. Secker

Ms. Secker is a Past President and Board member of the Hartnell College Foundation, and currently serves on its Killian Scholarship and Planned Giving Committees. She is a past Board member of the Elkhorn Slough Foundation and is now on its Finance and Investment Committees. Ms. Secker serves on the City of Salinas Grievance Board. She was formerly on the Boards of the Monterey County Historical Resources Review Board, Ag Against Hunger and the Community Housing Improvement Systems and Planning Association (CHISPA), a local non-profit agency developing housing for low income families. She has also served on several special advisory boards for community projects including the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for California State University.

Charles Des Roches

Ms. Kemp's practice focuses on land use, environmental and water law, securing land use entitlements from governmental permitting agencies, and counseling clients regarding easements, water systems, land sales, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Historic Resources and other land use matters. Ms. Kemp is a Board Member of the Salinas Valley Leadership Group and the Carmel Bach Festival, for which she is also head of the Development Committee. She served on the Board of the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce for several years. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Monterey County Legal Services. Ms. Kemp is a member of the Monterey County General Plan "Refinement Group," an advisory group which worked with Monterey County on drafting the County's General Plan for land use.

Heidi A. Quinn

Leslie E. Finnegan

Michael Masuda

Mr. Masuda specializes in civil litigation, trial and appellate practice, arbitration and mediation and has served as a mediator in over 100 cases.
