Alisha brings a thoughtful approach to interior design with her creative inclination and attention to detail. Armed with a degree in interior design from Sa lt Lake Community College, paired with experience and expertise in both furnishing and finish selections, Alisha is a catalog of knowledge, and fun, when it comes to interior design. She is the mother of four and very busy at home, yet comes off the bench and scores big for Olsen Home Design on a regular basis.
Aspen's love of all things interior design is as illuminating as her sunny disposition. She is a graduate of Ensign College and is deeply involved in color theory, CAD drafting, space planning and problem solving. In addition, her real-world experience in an award-winning showroom make her the perfect complement to our team. Aspen runs her own design firm, Asp en Ray, yet she is one of our go-to girls when we want her touch on Olsen Home Design projects. Aspen is bursting
with energy for her craft and brings a euphoric spirit to everything she does.
Caitlyn is the radiant creative force behind many of our designs. Her bright smile stems from previous experience in dentistry. However she now holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Caitlyn showcases her exceptional skills in space planning, material selection, sustainable design, and color theory. She has an eye for detail and proficiency in all our design software. Caitlyn turns visions into reality with finesse.
In addition to her design expertise, Caitlyn adeptly manages our social media presence, captivating an audience with engaging content and showcasing our design projects to the world. She also wrangles many other marketing projects from events to marketing strategies.
Je ff has been in the creative world since he walked out the doors of Utah State University, where he earned a design degree with a dual minor in both psychology and marketing. Jeff also played division one football for the Aggies, which brings the rare combination of both talent and tenacity to our party.
LaRae is a dynamic professional with a rich background in academia, finance, and corporate leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Conscious Centered Living, an M.Msc. in Metaphysical Science, a Bachelor of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics.
With over 20 years of experience, LaRae has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, successfully transforming organizations into successful, profitable entities. She has held key positions at American Express, where she played a vital role in establishing Financial Resource Centers globally. Additionally, LaRae has served as Lead Faculty for Goldman Sachs' "10,000 Small Businesses" program, both at the national level and locally in Utah.
Her entrepreneurial engagements across various industries, coupled with her publishing accomplishments in children's books, showcase her versatility and passion for driving success in diverse settings. LaRae exemplifies conscious living, finance, and leadership, making her key to the success of Olsen Home Design and our elationship with our clients.
Leslie's left-brain acumen perfectly balances her right-brain brilliance. In other words, this girl's got it all. She's our behind-the-scenes Auto-CAD machine while simultaneously being our on-the-scene idea engine.
Leslie assists our team by translating and communicating complex design details to our builders, while communicating the creative vision to our clients. She's the perfect combination of imagination and intelligence.
As an interior design graduate from Ensign College, with expertise in both the furniture and design worlds, Leslie is the fit perfect fit to complete the finishing touches of our team.

Melissa is a total boss babe! As a former meteorologist for the United States Air Force, and a Manager of two Farrell's fitness locations, this lady knows how to get things done. She's now brings her A-game to the Olsen Home Design as a member of our logistics and purchasing team, and she's crush ing it.

As a self-proclaimed jack-of-all-trades, Sarah brings her unparalleled work ethic to Olsen Home Design. Her background in criminal justice , and ten years in the Minnesota prison system as a corrections officer give her the perfect skill set to make sure things run smoothly. Sarah places and tracks all orders, communicates with vendors, and insures that every item is delivered and installed into your home with white glove expertise. She also sits at our company operations table, always improving our efficiencies and effectiveness in providing the furnishings and finishes that make your home not only unique, but magnificent and personal. In many ways Sarah is the glue that holds us all together, keeping our office functioning professionally and our clients content.
In her spare time, which is sparse, she can be found neck deep in anything from cryotherapy tanks to programmed water drops learning how to not only heal the body, but keep it in top performance mode. Something we all need in this sometimes crazy, yet very fulfilling industry.
Ashley holds down our ShowRoom fort. With a diverse background in everything from floral design and real-estate to nursing and convalescent care, she brings a unique approach to assisting customers. She knows how to expertly organize natural beauty while being compassionate and kind in doing so. Empathy is a huge part of walking with clients as they manifest their dreams, and Ashley absolutely embodies it.
A history in tending to individuals with various disabilities have honed her skills to connect with customers on a deeper level, ensuring they feel heard and valued, while her expertise in floral design give her a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Ashely brings a sense of beauty and harmony to our showroom, which is rooted in compassion and driven by a desire to provide exceptional service. Ashley utilizes her artistic talents, nurturing spirit and real estate know how to guide customers through their design journey with care and understanding. She provides an inviting and personalized experience, where every interaction blossoms with warmth and creativity.

With a determined yet relaxed approach, Tonya is as talented as she is accomplished.
A transplant from the Midwest, she earned her master's degree in Interior Architecture from Utah State University. She secured her well-honed aesthetic foundation as the former partner of a boutique design firm as well as a senior designer with Barclay Butera Interiors.
Beyond making things look amazing, Tonya sets herself apart with an extensive understanding of the construction process. Whether it's drafting in CAD or working hand-in-hand with builders and architects, Tonya's knowledge manifests itself in everything she designs. She is truly a woman of vision.
Tonya has most notably left her creative mark in developments throughout Utah including Red Ledges, Promontory, Victory Ranch, and Glenwild to name just a few. Over the years, she has designed multiple Parade and Showcase homes, and her projects can be found from coast to coast. To nya has been published twice; Sanctuaries and Room Recipes covering her insights and expertise on on interior design.
