Cheri is Past President and Board Member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) West Coast Florida District. She is a past Board Member of the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR). Cheri is also a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Realtors(NAR) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Her Tampa involvement includes membership in FGCAR and the Tierra Verde Business Partnership. Cheri received the designation of Top 10 Power Broker in 2003, 2004, and 2006 from the CoStar Group. In addition, she was selected as a 2001 Pinnacle Award Winner, a 2007 Top Office Producer, and consistently a Million Dollar Producer by FGCAR 2008 - 2020. She was named one of the Top 20 Women in Florida Commercial Real Estate in 2005 by the Florida Real Estate Journal. Cheri sits on the Board of Directors of Children's Home Network and Children's Home Properties.

Shane is a member of numerous national, local and industry organizations dedicated to improving the region and business community. His Tampa involvement includes supporting The Children's Home Inc., The Knights of Columbus, the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation, the Westshore Alliance, The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the French American Council of West Florida, Inc. He is also a member of the CCIM Institute and is on the Conference Advisory Board of Business Facilities.

Gifted with an innate ability to connect with others and an insatiable thirst for excellence, Yapi is the "go to" marketer for some of the Top producers in the real estate field. With more than 20 years of experience and a drive to go above and beyond, she is consistently helping us raise the bar, assisting the firm in developing and producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and other written materials.
Yapi moved from Colombia to New Jersey in 2004, where she attended the Felician College. She furthered her education attending New York Universities marketing strategies program in 2007.
In her career Yapi has worked in the market research field conducting studies for a variety of industries. She has offered her clients an in-depth understanding of the factors that create and influence marketing and sales decisions.
She joined the OCA Team assisting the administrative, Marketing and Research Division sharing a love for content marketing and a passion for developing fresh and creative approaches to conveying information.
