It is subject to the Charlottenburg Court of Berlin District... The Open Data tank initiative website aims to make systematic data publicly available. Our goal is to avail data in forms that allow users to analyze and create value from public sector information. Data will ultimately enhance transparency, improve accountability, and improve citizen involvement and participation.
