Alex Chun-Yen Yu

Chun-Yen Yu is currently a master student. His research interests are fMRI BOLD signal processing and applications of machine learning and deep learning algorithm. His current research topics are (1) using phase modulation and deep learning on rs-fMRI BOLD signal and applying on Schizophrenia, (2) applying image processing, machine learning and deep learning technologies on Mini-Mental State Examination to examine the relationship between pentagon drawing and other questions. His previous researches are engineering related, like 2D-SLAM, 2D point cloud and their application on machine learning and deep learning. Dr. Wei-Yu Huang

Dr. Wei-Yu Huang is a psychiatrist and currently a doctoral student at the Institute of Brain Science, School of Medicine, National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan. She is under the supervision of Dr. Albert Chih-Chieh Yang to conduct her research and learning. Her research focuses on investigating the sleep, psychiatric diseases, and analysis the associated biomedical signals by machine learning.

Emma Hsin-Yen Chien

Hsin-Yen Chien, B.E., is currently a master student at the Institute of Brain Science, School of Medicine, National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan. She finished her bachelor's degree from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Ming Chuan University, Taiwan. She completed research in the bachelor's degree on "Quantifying Attention Base on EEG in Order to Assess the Effectiveness of Attention Training System". She interested in biomedical signal analysis and machine learning, so she is under the supervision of Dr. Albert Chih-Chieh Yang to conduct his research and learning. Eric Han-Lin Wu

Eric Han-Lin Wu, is a physiatrist, graduated from College of Medicine of National Yang-Ming University, and now working at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, specializing in pediatric rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, pain medicine, and sports medicine. The specialties also include electrodiagnostics, musculoskeletal ultrasonography, and sonography-guided pain interventions. The research interest in this lab is to study pain medicine, especially chronic pain, using brain imaging as a major tool.

Hsin-Jung Tsai

Hsin-Jung Tsai, Ph.D., is a post-doctoral fellow who specializes in sleep medicine and clinical psychology. Her research interests are the physiology of insomnia subtypes and clinical applications of nonlinear analysis on complex physiological signals.

Mr. Jun-Ding Zhu

Mr. Jun-Ding Zhu is currently a doctoral student at the Institute of Brain Science, School of Medicine, National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan. He is under the supervision of Dr. Albert Chih-Chieh Yang to conduct his research and learning. He finished his master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Behavioral Sciences, Chang Gung University, Taiwan. His research focuses on investigating the brain alterations in aging, psychiatric diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases based on multi-modal MRI.

Yee-Lam Chan, M.D.

Dr. Chan is currently a Ph.D. student of the Doctoral Degree Program of Translational Medicine, National Yang-Ming University and Academia Sinica. Her research interests are translational studies between neuroimaging analysis, bioinformatics and the clarification of molecular mechanisms of psychiatric disorders.
