Psi Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. was founded on October 2, 1994 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee by Most Honorable Founding Mother Kenyada J. Austin, Most Honorable Founding Mother Vickey Randle, Most Honorable Founding Mother Linda Ward.
