Dr. Bader currently serves as Vice President Assurance for Upstream, Projects & Alterative Energy with OQ, an integrated energy company in Oman. He has over 10 years of professional experience in management, design, construction of Oil & Gas development and power generation projects. He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nottingham, MSc and PhD in energy related studies from Cranfield University, UK.
Dr. Abdulla Al Sayed a highly motivated and result oriented professional, brings more than 30 years' experience in providing strategic leadership for companies by working with relevant stakeholders, senior management, and teams to achieve vision, mission and establish values along with plans and policies. Proven capability of leading, motivating and developing staff and ability to work across diverse teams with multicultural background in intra country programs. Proficiency in indicating of core business values and transforming them into measurable goals and KPI's for Organizational growth.
He currently holds a position of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer - Qatar with Qatari Diar, the Real estate investment Company.
He was in position of Chief Development & Project Delivery Officer - Asia & Africa Region with Qatari Diar, the Real estate investment Company till 31 December 2022.
He is specifically recognized for proactively leading all real estate activities with a focus on organizational and operational objectives. His skills are supported with strong background in site development, construction management, contracts negotiations, Lean Principles, acquisitions, due diligence, and other administrative services.
Responsible for optimizing global portfolios and reshaping strategic developments, Dr Abdulla established himself as an organized and a leader with exceptional skills; able to plan and oversee multiple projects, program from conception to successful delivery.
On the Academic front, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PHD) in Engineering Management from the College of Engineering, University of Qatar.
Prior to Joining Qatari Diar, Dr Abdulla was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Qatar University.
Shk. Hamad Bin Talal Al-Thani has been appointed as Chief Development & Project Delivery (Asia & Africa) in January 2023 and is also the Chairman of the Audit & Operation Committee of QDRH Oman. He has been serving as Vice Chairman of the board of directors of New Giza (one of Egypt's Leading Real Estate Development) since April 2018. With over 14 years of experience in real estate development and general management, Shk. Hamad has held various management positions in multiple markets since joining Qatari Diar in 2009. He has a deep understanding of the operational and strategic needs of the company.
Shk. Hamad Bin Talal Al-Thani holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business from Middlesex University - United Kingdom.
Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Tayeb is currently working as Chief of Investments at the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company in which he manages a portfolio of 35 billion USD. Mr. Ahmed Tayeb started his career with the Qatari Special Forces - Ministry of Interior in the Communications and Operations Department for seven years.
After that he joined the Ras Gas Company for six years, worked on a number of its projects, then joined the Amiri Diwan to work on projects for two years, and before joining Qatari Diar Company he worked for two years in the Project Management Office of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy.
Prior to that Mr. Ahmed Tayeb managed the family's business. He is also a chairman and member of several boards of directors of a group of companies inside the country. Mr. Ahmed holds a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver in the United States
