Based on the exclusion of communities in rural areas from the mainstream economy and political discourse. The trust has been founded by the Member of Parliament for Jwaneng Mabutsane to bring an inclusive and sustainable development model to the rural communities. The trust shall empower the local communities, to assist them in becoming economically independent, and to provide a better future for their children. It is a social endeavor that aims at sustainable development of disenfranchised communities in remote areas by providing and facilitating access to basic education and skill training in vocational trades.
