In 1993, the Dean of Beach Tourism in Egypt, Mr. Al-Mohammedi Houidiq, transformed his idea of establishing an entity that would bring together all tourist investors in the Red Sea governorate, and indeed the idea was implemented on the ground and with the help of numerous businessmen, the Red Sea Tourism Investment Association headed by Mr. Al-Mohammedi Houidiq and the membership of a number of tourism investors in the Red Sea was established... Since then, the tourism investment association's efforts have continued in the Red Sea in supporting the collective marketing of the region and participating in exhibitions, seminars, international conferences and tourist convoys in Arab and foreign markets, which contributed to putting the region in a prominent position on the map of the world. Moreover, with the following presidents and members of the board of Directors for more than 28 years, the age of the Association continues its efforts with ambitious, renewed thinking and steady steps..
