Founded in 2018 by three enthusiastic home brewers, Rebellion Brewing Company continues Cedarburg's brewing history in the historic Cedarburg Mill. Dale Georgeff, Peter Olds, and Rod Otto, took over in the basement of the mill, once occupied by Silver Creek Brewery, and are quickly making the brewery into a popular destination for locals as well as Cedarburg's ever growing tourist population. It's a hidden gem of Cedarburg, well worth seeking out... Besides great beers, we also offer a full assortment of shots, mixed drinks and our famous Bloody Mary!
