Frank Schulmeister CEA

Frank Schulmeister has over 30 years of energy experience in demand side and supply side energy management for utility operations, building energy management, performance contracting and international consulting in the commercial, industrial, retail and institutional sectors. His experience extends into distributed generation and Combined Heat and Power ("CHP") including technology applications for landfill gas and renewable energy alternatives. Frank is a subject matter expert in lighting, compressed air, green infrastructure and project development and has years of success building corporate energy programs through best practice energy reduction initiatives and strategic planning for commercial, industrial, municipal and utility entities. Mr. Schulmeister attained his degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University. He is a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP), Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM) and Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

Shelley Sullivan CEA

Shelley Sullivan has a diversified energy and environmental background with over 25 years of experience implementing corporate sustainability programs that reduce energy waste, minimize environmental impact and reduce operating costs. She has a passion for the environment and a commitment to helping customers improve building and operational performance while minimizing their environmental footprint. With a focus on integrating sustainability with best practices, cost management and capital planning, she works collaboratively with customers to develop practical strategies and practices that are custom suited for their individual goals and needs. Her areas of expertise include Strategic Energy Management Programs, Sustainable Procurement Programs, Building Operating Standards, Water Conservation, Project Management, Energy Auditing, Process Optimization, Energy Efficient Lighting, Outreach Programs and Policy Development. Shelley has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS from Wayne State University. She is a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP), and Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Energy Efficiency Contractors Association (MEECA).
