Jean joined realprotect at inception with Lee and Julie turning an innovative and focused insurance concept into a leading firm in the industry. With over 30 years in the Real Estate, Land Development, and Insurance industries, Jean brings a unique perspective and understanding to the investor market. Jean is married, mother of 2 girls, and enjoys the peace and tranquility of the family farm.
Jennifer began her career with realprotect in July of 2017. Moving through the ranks she was promoted to Portfolio Account Manager in early 2021. Jennifer attended Brenau University, is married to Mark with whom she enjoys spinning vinyl and being a parent to three rambunctious cats. She also loves to bake gluten-free treats and reading in her spare time.
Kelsey joined realprotect in June 2017 after moving from Chattanooga where she attended the University of Tennessee. Through her understanding of this sector of the insurance industry she rapidly moved up to our most senior account management position. Kelsey is married to Nick, and they enjoy traveling in their free time.

Lee serves as the President of realprotect, a division of Legacy Risk Solutions that was formed in 2014 to address the emerging opportunities in residential real estate investment. He works with real estate investors, lenders, property managers, and marketplace platforms. Lee and the realprotect team insure over $5 billion dollars of residential real estate throughout the United States.
Peyton joined realprotect in October of 2020. After several years of being a restaurant manager, Peyton found his life upside down in the 2020 world. He started his insurance career as a Policy Manager and is training to become a Junior Account Manager. In his free time, Peyton can be found watching random YouTube clips, reading, and writing songs for his own amusement.
Robert (Bob) Norton is an experienced insurance executive with a strong business development and entrepreneurial background. He is the CEO of Legacy Risk Solutions, President of Norton Agency Insurance, and Founder of realprotect, The Nsure Network, comparerates.com, and NAI Holdings. Bob is married to Amanda and is a father of 5.
Tamia joined Realprotect in August 2018 to start her insurance career as policy manager and is now part of the Rapid Response Team. Tamia played basketball for Savannah College of Art of and Design and majored in Fashion and Design. Tamia enjoys watching her daughter play basketball for University of North Georgia, spending time with her family and friends making memories.
Wanda has been in the insurance industry for 19 years beginning her career with GEICO Insurance in 2003. She joined realprotect in March of 2016 as an account manager and became the Operations Manager in May 2022. Wanda is a graduate of Brenau University with a bachelors in HR. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and reading.
