Alicia Glueck

Alicia Glueck serves as Business Manager for Restoration Matters. Prior to joining Restoration Matters, she worked in the accounting industry for over twelve years. She is passionate about helping others and spends a portion of her time volunteering at schools. Alicia earned her B.S. in Accounting from Quincy University. She lives in St. Louis with her husband and three children.

ANN POLAN

Ann Polan, MA, NCC, is a certified school counselor in St. Louis, Missouri and has been working with elementary and middle school students for over 10 years. She holds a Masters of Arts in Education and Human Development and has her certification through the National Board of Certified Counselors. She is a professional member of the American School Counselor Association and the Missouri School Counselor Association. She lives in St. Louis with her husband and two children.

Brian Trentman

Brian Trentman is an Attorney who has practiced primarily in the Criminal Justice field. As his wife, Mary Trentman, became more involved with Restorative Practices, Brian began assisting at Summer Institutes and Training Sessions. He has been inspired by the potential benefits of restorative work in reducing and preventing criminal behavior. In addition to his role on the Board of Directors, Brian serves on the Finance Committee.

David Whitlock

David Whitlock has completed a B.S. in Mass Communications and a M.B.A. in Management and Marketing. He has worked in the Communications Industry for over 15 years and has served on many boards and councils in the non-profit sector. In addition to his role on the Board of Directors, David serves on the Marketing Committee and the Finance Committee.

Dawn Hieger-Lester

Dawn Hieger-Lester earned her B.S. degree in Fashion Merchandising at Fontbonne University. She worked in film and video for more than 15 years before shifting focus to digital. She is currently the VP of Client Engagement at Spry Digital. Both through efforts at Spry and in her spare time, Dawn is committed to supporting education and community efforts.

Elizabeth Mulvahill

Elizabeth Mulvahill serves as registrar for the Restoration Matters Summer Institute. Prior to joining Restoration Matters, she taught middle and high school social studies for six years in Texas and in Missouri. She is passionate about using restorative practices to strengthen relationships and about expanding training opportunities in restorative practices. Elizabeth earned her B.A. in History and M.Ed. from the University of Notre Dame.

GARY LANG

Gary's love of art encourages creativity and builds relationships using every art medium. Each year he provides music and unique, interactive art projects for the Summer Institutes that integrate restorative themes and can be replicated for staff and students. Gary's work celebrates the inherent goodness of the human spirit in ways that can only be expressed through art. He earned his MFA from Washington University, and his MA in Art Education from University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign.

GENNY PRICE

Genevieve (Genny) Price, BS, ECE, is a native of Louisville, KY. She has been teaching preschool for six year in St. Louis, and leads the restorative practices team for her school. She has experience facilitating both circles and restorative processes with all age levels PK-8th grade. She is a professional member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and currently resides in Pacific, Missouri.

JANICE PALMER

Janice a native of Kansas, is the Director of School Training for Restoration Matters. Motivated by her love of working with children, Janice has her BS in Education, and her MS in Administration. In her 32 years of experience, she has taught high school math, technology, and has been a principal for the past 15 years. She has been a supporter and trainer for Summer Institutes since 2011 and has led the training team for Wichita for two years. Janice loves helping children realize they are valued and worthy of being heard and loved!

Joseph Lang

Earned his law degree from University of Tulsa and is currently working for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma as a Judicial Term Clerk. Joe has experience with general civil and family law litigation and with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma.

Lynne Lang - Founder, President

Lynne Lang has her M.S. in both Health Management and in Restorative Practices. She has worked in the field of health education, safety and violence prevention curriculum development since 1994. Her training in Intercultural Competence, Dispute Resolution and Mediation strengthen her skills as a certified trainer with International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP). She is an experienced facilitator in circle processes, and informal and formal restorative conferences. Mariano Marin-Gomez

Mariano Marin-Gomez works with Restoration Matters as the Webmaster and IT consultant. After more than 20 years with Lindbergh School District as Director of Technology, Mariano brings his expertise and work experience to the team.

MARY TRENTMAN

Mary Trentman has over 25 years experience in Elementary and Middle School Education. Over the past six years, Mary has assisted and presented at a number of Summer Institutes and Training Sessions in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. She is passionate about sharing Restorative Practices with other faculty and parents, but especially with students. She leads the restorative team in her school, and her students have inspired us with their presentations at local and national trainings. Three of her grandchildren attend the school at which she teaches.

Mrs. Ann Hoffman

Mrs. Ann Hoffman received her B. S. in Education from Illinois State University and her M. S. in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University. Additionally, she has completed post-graduate studies in Instructional Leadership and Education Specialist (Ed.S) at Lindenwood University. Mrs. Hoffman has been a teacher for 20 years working with students grades K-8 and as an administrator for 13 years. Her leadership in restorative practices in her schools has provided a strong focus for continuous improvement in relationships with parents, teachers, and students.

Ryan Pelhenk - Treasurer

With more than 10 years of experience in financial industry and a degree from Southeast Missouri State University, Ryan is a compliance analyst at Wells Fargo Advisors. He reviews marketing and advertising material for the firm's independent financial advisors and for the firm at large in accordance with FINRA and SEC regulations. He serves as treasurer to Restoration Matters Board of Directors.
