Our goal is to make your morning pastry, afternoon scone, summer picnic or supper treat perfection... Our bakers start work before the sun rises each day to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible, before it is whisked off by our fleet of delivery vehicles to our stockists all across Northern Ireland. The warm smell of baking, the laughter of our bakers and the bustle of our busy bakery fills the air at our premises in the beautiful County Down countryside.
