SAFETY BLITZ FOUNDATION

The Safety Blitz Foundation was formed to provide Child ID Identification/Safety Kits to children at no cost. The Child ID Kit allows parents to collect specific information by easily recording the physical characteristics, DNA and fingerprints of their children on identification cards. Once the cards are filled out, the card is kept by the parents/guardian at home in a safe place that can be easily accessed in an emergency situation. If ever needed the ID kit will provide law enforcement authorities with vital information to assist their efforts in locating the missing child.
