Fayaz Ahmad Dar, an award winning Ecological Entrepreneur, Author and High-Performance Mindset Coach, is dedicated to empowering youth with success-oriented mindsets. With a rich background encompassing over three decades of experience in diverse cultures and sectors, he offers a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective. Originally from rural Kashmir, Fayaz's adventurous journey takes him through 20 countries, exploring realms such as personality transformation, education, ecological entrepreneurship, organisational development, conflict resolution, and sustainable development.
Returning to Kashmir in 2010, Fayaz founded the Mool Sustainability Research and Training Centre [moolsustainability.org], focusing on sustainable transformation through participatory methods.
