Sara Leicht has resided in Sarasota since 1999, having moved here with her husband and their three young sons from the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Sara grew up in Wellesley, Massachusetts, a popular suburb of Boston and spent all of her summers on Martha's Vineyard. She enjoyed sailing and playing tennis at the Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, working on the Vineyard, spending time with such notable Vineyard residents as the William Styron and John Hersey families, and competitive sailing the waters between Cape Cod, Nantucket and Vineyard Sound.
Sara earned her BA degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg Business School and has been happily married for over 36 years. She is a mother of three active young men. Her oldest son graduated from The Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in finance and economics and runs his own business in Sarasota. The middle son is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in communication, he is a church worship leader and song writer. Her youngest son graduated from the Ringling College of Art and Design and is a Motion Designer in New York City.
She has been a Realtor since 2003, having consistently ranked in the top 100 agents amongst the 3,600 real estate agents registered with the Sarasota Association of Realtors. Sara has also been awarded the "Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award" every year from 2009 - 2022.
