Will Rumbaugh...has used his ability to take research and organize and communicate this information in a manner that is understandable for school leaders and effective in actual school application. Will has been an instrumental part of the development of a protocol for systems and processes that is being used statewide in Georgia for all schools. These systems and processes provide a common-sense basis for any school working towards improvement.
