Segura & Sons Mushroom Farm is an urban farm located in the heart of Stevens Point producing year-round harvests of fresh mushrooms... We are a family owned and operated cultivator of wood loving gourmet mushrooms. We specialize in mycoremediation - fungal bioremediation - with demostrated project effectiveness on contaminants such as cutting oil in soil and PFAs (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in water... For your culinary delight, we offer a large variety of mushrooms that changes with the seasons. Some of those varieties are an assortment of Oyster mushrooms such as Italian, Blue, Pink, and Pearl, as well as specialty varieties such as Speckled Chestnut and Lions Mane. Other fun varieties we will have are King, Reishi, and Cordyceps.
