Eric Sheppard joined the company as part of the Checkpoint/CheckView acquisition in 2012; assuming the position of Vice President, Support Services. He was tapped for his current position in 2016, and charged with infrastructure development for BranchServ to improve inter-departmental collaboration and optimize business practices. His efforts support enhanced corporate productivity and performance. Prior to joining BranchServ, Sheppard was the Sales Manager Checkpoint/CheckView and President for Security Corp. He is a graduate of Clemson University.

Greg Navin leads Custom Vault Corporation's in-house engineering team. Prior to joining CVC, Navin was the Director of Engineering for a leading pre-cast concrete panel manufacturer. He has been instrumental in the design of some of the industry's most innovative high-security modular vault systems. From 1984 to 1989, Navin served as an officer in the United States Navy, specializing in surface warfare. Greg Navin is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD where he received a BS in Engineering, and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Larry Black joined Custom Vault Corporation as Vice President of Business Development for its BranchServ Division in early 2020 and quickly rose to Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for all of CVC. Prior to joining the company, Black was Director of Sales for Verint and Director of Security Sales at Diebold. He is certified as an ASIS Physical Security Professional, and has both a BS in Marketing from the University of Evansville and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College.

Michael Iadarola joined Custom Vault Corporation; parent company of CustomVault and BranchServ, in 2007 as Supply Chain Director. He served in many areas of the business before rising to the role of COO for CVC. Prior to joining the company, Iadarola was Global Purchasing Manager for The Siemon Company; Director of Global Distribution, Materials, and Logistics at Nash Elmo Industries; and Director of Operations at Pennzoil. Iadarola has a long history of developing and implementing processes that optimize functionality and integrity in all operational activities including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, installation and service. Michael Iadarola has a BBA in Finance and Economics from The City University of New York and an MBA in Management from Mount Saint Mary College.

Mike Elliot co-founded CustomVault with Mr. Brennan in 1984, which ultimately expanded to Custom Vault Corporation with its BranchServ business. Since that time, Elliot has built an international reputation as the industry's leading expert in high-security modular vault design and construction. He is credited with some of the industry's most significant innovations, including the development of our HighBay Vault™ systems and UL listed port vent panels. Mike Elliot graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Communications.

Rebecca Cicarelli joined Custom Vault Corporation; parent company of BranchServ and CustomVault, in 2010. She rose to the role of Vice President of Marketing and Communications in 2020. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field; having held corporate brand and category management positions at L&F Products (Lysol), Unilever and BIC Corp. before launching her own marketing consulting firm and then venturing into business-to-business marketing. Rebecca Cicarelli has a BS in Business Management from the University of Connecticut, and holds an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Rob Beveridge joined BranchServ, A Division of Custom Vault Corporation, in 2018 and rotated through roles in Business Development and Operations to gain insight and experience with the company before rising to Executive Vice President, Operations for both CVC divisions. Before joining Custom Vault Corporation, he managed TD Banks ATM Service Delivery Channel for U.S and Canadian operations as well as overseeing PNC Bank's national ATM network. Rob Beveridge has diversified financial services experience relative to service delivery and armored car operations, product development, vendor management, and technical services and has a BA in Management.

Saundra Miner leads Custom Vault Corporation's Human Resources Department. Prior to joining CVC in 2009, Miner worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies.

Tom Brennan is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of BranchServ. He left GE in 1984 to establish the CustomVault business; now a global industry leader in high-security modular vault solutions. In 1999, Brennan steered the company into the financial services segment, leading to the establishment of Custom Vault Corporation's BranchServ division. BranchServ has since ascended to market leadership in security, automation and service for banks and credit unions nationwide. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.

Todd Michalka joined Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of CustomVault and Branchserv, in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked at KPMG, Muehlstein & Co, IBM and, most recently, EXSIF Worldwide, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where he served as Director of Finance & Accounting. A CPA, Michalka holds an MBA with a Finance & Accounting Concentration from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Xavier University.
