Craig Smith

Craig is a licensed journeyman plumber who focuses on running the service department, along with field duties. His natural and learned abilities help projects stay on course and end with exceptional quality. He will be able to make sure all your plumbing service needs will be taken care of and, most importantly, made simple! After completing his service time as an Infantryman with the US Army, Craig came back home to be involved with the business and work with his family. Craig was born in Pierre, attended T.F. Riggs High School and entered military service, thereafter. Craig Smith enlisted in the US Army after high school and served for 5 years as an Infantryman, before being honorably discharged. He wanted to join the rest of his family, so he moved back and became a part of the Smith Plumbing. Craig is a 3 rd generation plumber, following his father's and grandfather's path of business ownership.

Dan Smith

Dan, with nearly 50 years of experience, has unparalleled expert skills and experience in our community. His decades of estimating, contracting, managing, and installing will be your benefit in completing any of your residential or commercial projects! His previous experiences with large commercial projects include schools, hospitals, water treatment plants, wellness centers, & dormitories. He was born in Murdo and attended Jones County High School. He's been working with family in the plumbing industry ever since. He was President of the South Dakota Plumbing Commission for 13 years. Dan Smith has over 40 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He began working for his dad, Grandpa Bill, eventually buying the company from him 1982, beginning the second generation. In 2010 he began passing the business to the third generation. He has knowledge in all aspects of plumbing construction, as well as vast experience in jobs as small service calls and remodels to large commercial projects, such as hospitals and schools. His experience of being the President of the South Dakota Plumbing Commission, before reaching term limits, will help make sure your projects are done the right way.

Kim Smith

Kim professionally and courteously focuses on customer relations, scheduling, and other office manager duties. She will provide the customer service you need and deserve! She was born in Draper, attended Jones County High School and the University of South Dakota. She received her Business Administration degree later, in Sioux Falls. Her and Dan moved back to Pierre and have lived locally ever since. Kim Smith has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry. She has years of experience managing customer service and overall plumbing service departments. Whether you need help choosing the perfect bathtub or need to schedule a time for us to come and inspect your problem. Kim will be there to graciously help you.
