Somersworth Early Learning Center (SELC) is open year round 6:30 to 6:00 and only closed on major Holidays. SELC offers care beginning at 6 weeks old to 12 years. We offer a developmentally appropriate atmosphere guided by trained and caring Child Care Professionals. We seek to offer a safe, stimulating, and secure environment where each child is appreciated for their unique talents and personalities, while being guided through learning experiences geared to their age group and interests. We follow guidelines set forth by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for appropriate curriculum for young children... Our staff has been carefully selected to best serve your child's needs. They participate in Early Childhood trainings and workshops and are CPR and First Aid certified. As with all staff working in a New Hampshire Licensed child care agency, they have undergone a criminal background check by the State of NH Child Care Licensing Agency, fingerprinted..
