A creative force to be reckoned with, Jenny Greer Fares has been an active player in Asheville's artistic community for nearly 20 years. She is a graphic designer, branding expert and illustrator. Able to come up with clever design systems for start ups, scaling brands, and rebrands, and strong illustration skills. Jenny started her career working for some of Atlanta's top ad agencies, designing for Coca-Cola, M&M Mars, UPS, Verizon Wireless, and more. She left the big city for the relaxed pace of Asheville in 2002 and opened Sound Mind in 2004. While building a national client base, Jenny works with many of Asheville's most loved brands. She was named Best of Graphic Design in WNC by Mountain Xpress readers in 2012 and 2013. As a founder of Asheville Design Salon and AIGA Asheville, she made a valuable impact on the professional creative community. Her leadership is a catalyst for engagement, stimulation, and dialogue surrounding the emerging graphic design scene. She also had a top 10 record locally with her band Jen and the Juice.
