Frank Mattheu

Retired from Maryland State Highway Administration, where he worked for 20 years as a computer specialist, Frank installed, configured, and integrated field devices for Maryland's state-of-the-art CHART system. After earning a degree in Computer Information Systems and studying web design at the University of Maryland, he has worked as a WordPress Developer for the last seven years. Frank has been coding WordPress websites for our clients and consistently brings cutting edge ideas and strategies to each project.

Joey Bag o' Donuts

Joey's lacks a degree from a formal institution, but makes up for it in his 7 year career of on the job experience. He is directly in charge of greeting team members and clients on a daily basis. Kim Shaver

With 35 years of experience creating compelling content and connections for business-to-business, business-to-consumer and employee communications, Kim Darden Shaver is a gifted storyteller with a passion for helping you get your message out to stakeholders and prospects. She specializes in attracting, engaging and earning the loyalty of online and print audiences. Her expertise includes: content creation for digital and print; press releases, public relations and media relations; copywriting for web, catalogs, blogs, emails and newsletters; social media marketing and branding and marketing campaigns. A graduate of High Point University with a degree in Communications, Kim's past experience includes 14 years with a top 5 publicly-traded US furniture company where she was VP-Marketing Communications, and 16 years as an editor at Furniture/Today, where she pioneered reporting on consumer insights and also served as Upholstery Editor.

Mary Sargeant

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Studio Art from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Mary was a live-in housekeeper/nanny, a bartender in a Szechuan restaurant, and a cosmetologist before she landed a job as an office manager for a design and printing service in Minneapolis, Minnesota. That was the starting point for learning and practicing graphic design, leading to a career that included working for a weekly newspaper, TDS TELECOM, National Business Furniture, BuySeasons, Inc., and Kalmbach Media, as well as a stint as a drawing and color theory instructor at her local county technical college. What she loves most about design is translating clients' goals into websites, emails, and advertising that convey their business personalities. Mary believes that customers who can empathize with brands (and have a clear, simple, and organized interaction with them) will become long-term customers.

Samantha Gillen

Samantha was raised in Charlotte, NC and attended college in Wilmington, NC. She graduated with a BA in Communication Studies from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. As a Communication Studies student, Samantha expanded her interest in media relations, branding, and digital marketing. She learned how powerful of an influence media can be. This encouraged her to explore her interest outside of school by working with local businesses to help promote their brand and message. This is when she found a passion for helping brands achieve a strong presence through driving brand awareness and engagement. In Samantha's role at Spin A Web Designs, her goal is to build and shape a strong community around each business."

Vickie Capes - President

A native of South Jersey, Vickie Capes left the Garden State to pursue a degree in Marketing at East Carolina University. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Marketing, then launched Spin A Web Designs in 2004 to offer website design, development and marketing services to businesses intent on growth. Vivacious, creative and a non-stop idea-generator, the self-professed "people" person has built her own firm with a belief in the value of long-term relationships and a human touch in a high-tech industry.
