have 3 children Ava (14), Drew (12) and Lola Jean (5). Andy was born in Gastonia, NC and has lived in Cramerton, NC for the last 15 years. He is a member of City Church and loves playing golf and
Caroline was born and currently resides in Gastonia, NC. Caroline and her fiancé Kyle have a 3 year old son, Henry.
Dan is a native of the Boston, Massachusetts area, and has called Gastonia home since 2006. He currently works as a civil litigation attorney serving businesses and families in Gaston and the surrounding counties.
He is proud to join the board of Strong Like AK and participate in the continuing work offered by Adam's family, this organization, and our community at large, of support and comfort to families impacted by pediatric cancers

Emily Kincaid is Adam's bonus mom and secretary of Strong Like AK. She is a Registered Nurse with a certification in Emergency Medicine and she teaches Health Science at Hunter Huss High School.
Kim is Adam's mom and co-chair/co-president of Strong Like AK.
Kim is the sales and event manager at The Lodge Tavern and Tap in Belmont, NC. In her free time she loves to travel, she enjoys watching her son Andrew play sports, and spending time with friends and family. She loves being on the water or at the beach as much as possible and much like her son, Adam, she has a taste for good food.
Scott Attaway is a resident of Gastonia, NC where he resides with his wife Angela and two daughters Kennedy and Avery.
Scott graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S in Psychology and a B.S. in Political Science. He has a background in urban planning, landscape contracting, and now serves as the City Manager of the City of Lowell.
Scott has been friends of Kim and Phil since his teenage years and therefore had a close relationship with Adam Kincaid. He feels a need to carry on Adam's memory by helping others and is very excited at the opportunity to serve on the Strong Like AK Board of Directors.
Travis Thompson has been living in Charlotte since December 2014. He knew growing up that he wanted to choose a career where he felt like he could help people and truly make a difference.
Travis has been a radiation therapist since 2008 and has been blessed to have had the opportunity to meet many patients, one of which was Adam. He wanted to join the Strong Like AK mission to give back the strength and determination that he saw in Adam and his family. Travis would like to be able to help provide love and hope when families need it most, and help Adam's legacy prosper.
