Sudhi Foundation is managed and run by a Managing Committee and Advisors. The officers and advisors of the Management Committee have been selected in the annual meeting held every two years. The Managing Committee consists of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Secretary, Joint, Treasurer and other members. The General Secretary is the Chief Executive Officer of the Society. According to the Constitution of Sudhi, the function of the General Secretary is to discharge his responsibilities towards the management of the daily affairs of the society. There is also a provision for the appointment of an advisory committee to oversee and guide the work of Sudhi. All officers and members of the Steering Management Committee body are free of honorarium. Whereas the advisory committee is given honorarium.
