Having our own roaster has provided a wonderful opportunity to develop our own unique style of coffee and maintain our own standards of quality. We are dedicated to the responsible and transparent sourcing of each and every one of our coffees. As much as we would love to travel the world in search of the finest beans, we leave that up to our friends at Coffee Shrub who share our values when it comes to sourcing coffees.
