Welcome to the home page for Dr. Gurkan Bebek and Bebek Lab, where we develop systems biology algorithms and methods to analyze and integrate large omic datasets. We study complex phenotypes to address problems about human health and diseases... Our research highlights include significant projects such as cancer drug response networks, causal regulatory network analysis, and recent advances in understanding heterogeneity in Alzheimer's disease. We have published over 50 peer-reviewed articles. Our work spans various domains, including proteomics, genomics, metagenomics, epigenetics, pharmacogenomics, and clinical informatics.
