Aldo moved to London to join Sybarite in 2014 and is an integral member of the senior management, with a deep understanding of our resources and specialist talents.
Initially he founded and developed the visualisation team, working across all live projects, competition entries and new business opportunities.
Aldo has traveled extensively to China for Sybarite, and has been intrinsically involved in all three of our project launches for SKP. Aldo now leads Sybarite's team of architects and designers working on SKP, both in the continual refurbishment and reinvention of existing sites and in the planning of forthcoming large-scale developments for the client.

Hattie studied at the University of Warwick, gaining a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Psychology.
She began her career at Foster+Partners before working in Investment Management and Private Equity. She has extensive experience in Business Administration and Operations working with Founders, CEOs and Partners.
Hattie joined Sybarite in 2018 to support Simon Mitchell with the operational running of the practice and since 2020 she has been Sybarite's Operations Director. Alongside leading and managing the studio's operations team, she works closely with Simon to coordinate the company's fee proposals, contracts and finances.
Working across the studio's HR, Hattie focuses on maintaining staff wellbeing and fostering Sybarite's unique studio culture.

Ian has over 20 years of experience working as both an Architectural and Interior Designer and has an extensive background with branding & strategy focused agencies. He has lived and worked globally for world renowned brands and creative agencies, crafting environments for education, airport terminals, hotels, art galleries, restaurants, malls and cinemas.
With Uxus, Ian previously worked on the retail concepts and delivery for the Tate Modern extension and Tate Britain, as well as multiple projects for the Rijksmusem, Amsterdam. He led on the design environment and user experience for Schiphol, Atlanta, LAX and Austin airports and, with ForPeople, he designed airport lounges for British Airways and American Airlines at JFK and Heathrow.
As well as developing highly functional spaces, Ian has a strategic approach to designing environments that are authentic to the client's narrative. As one example, Ian has worked extensively with the Intercontinental Hotel Group to create global brand philosophy and design guidelines for a number of their associated brands.
At Sybarite Ian has worked on global retail and hospitality projects for clients such as SKP and CR Land and travels to China regularly. He works across the studio to elevate the customer experience and bring a brand-sensitive approach to built environments. Ian worked closely alongside SKP and Gentle Monster to realise our collaborative vision for recently launched SKP-S, Beijing.
Jodi Feder heads up Sybarite's communications department with a wealth of experience in the luxury and lifestyle industries. Specialising in brand management, communications, public relations, marketing strategy and business development for art, architecture, interior design and fashion in the main.
Key projects have included notable private residences, restaurants, hotels, bars, yachts, and retail stores working alongside prominent brands and iconic operators internationally. Jodi was integral to the conception, planning and realisation of collaborative launches and pivotal events over a 14-year period for David Collins Studio.
In addition to this, she has worked across projects as a stylist for photographic campaigns and contributed to the FF&E of turnkey hospitality and residential projects.
Ken heads up Sybarite's visualisation department. With over 5 years' experience leading teams on high calibre projects which can be seen across Areen, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), Echo Architecture collaborating with Heatherwick Studio, Zaha Hadid and Candy London.
His expertise lies in the delivery of large-scale commercial, mixed use and residential projects, turning luxury architecture and interior design into conceptual imagery and VR environments.
Ken works across Sybarite's projects to ensure that ideas are captured and translated to convey the desired narrative seductively and accurately for clients and collaborators.
Ken is integral to the development of digital services for Sybarite in the area of virtual and augmented reality and bridging the convergence between online and offline retail solutions.

Simon co-founded Sybarite with Torquil McIntosh in 2002, having honed their craft together at Future Systems.
Torquil studied architecture at Beaux-Arts in Paris and the University of Edinburgh.
On graduating he joined Denis Laming Architectes, where he worked on Parc du Futuroscope; a French theme park based upon multimedia, cinematic and audio-visual technologies.
He then joined Future Systems, guiding their competition for President Jacques Chirac's grand projet, Musée du quai Branly, Paris, France. He went on to work on Selfridges, Birmingham, UK.
It was at Future Systems that Torquil met Simon Mitchell, where they both honed their craft and went on to co-found Sybarite in 2002.
Since 2012 Torquil has overseen Sybarite's relationship with SKP. Sybarite is the lead architect and designer for SKP, working across all retail categories, food + beverage, leisure and in-house brands. The practice took their typical holistic approach to the transformation of SKP from a mall to a luxury department store, choosing to focus on SKP's branding before developing signature architecture and interiors.
Vicky joins Sybarite as an Associate Director with over 11 years of experience in architecture and interior design in the EMEA & APAC construction industry. Vicky has managed and worked around a range of new build, redevelopment, and listed status projects, in the UK and Asia, up to £450M. These span from mixed-use developments, corporate/media/tech workspace, office, cultural, educational buildings, residential, retail and commercial properties. Over the past few years, her prime focus has been as the project lead delivering the WPP London campus project in London's South Bank.
She has experience running, overseeing and delivering on multiple complex projects at various scales. Her set of skills is wide-ranging, from the management of the project program, consultants, cost review, resources and contract management, to developing creative strategies to increase efficiency on-site and bringing more value to clients. She is a highly driven and organised individual familiar with succeeding in high pressure environments and delivering on projects successfully while maintaining flexibility to adapt to new challenges that might present themselves.
She is a British-trained architect of Chinese descent with multi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. She brings her native Chinese expertise into projects in terms of culture, business development and sustainability.
Whilst working at Foster + Partners, she worked with reputable Chinese developer clients, LDI and local authorities to design and deliver large-scale mixed developments in China, and routinely consulted as a cultural adviser for the steering of Chinese business development.
