TELLURIDE CO - Key Persons

Erin Nance

Job Titles:
  • Staff Member
Erin Nance is Colorado transplant from Savannah, GA. After a decade working in hospitality and tourism in Charleston, South Carolina, she traded the beach for the mountains. And in true Southern girl style, Erin is much more a fan of the Colorado summers than the winters! Along with husband Bob and Bull Terrier, Warner, we love to hike and take our Jeep out and do all the off roading the west has to offer.

Kelsy Colvin

Job Titles:
  • Staff Member
Kelsy Colvin has spent her whole life in Colorado, growing up mostly in Woodland Park. She has always been a fan of the great outdoors, and when she found Telluride, she knew it was the place to be! Kelsy moved to Telluride in 2017 with her boyfriend Sean and dog Ares, and they have no plans to leave any time soon. Her free time is spent hiking, snowboarding, fishing, biking, or dancing in the park with friends at one of the many music festivals in Telluride!

Lee Zeller

Job Titles:
  • Staff Member
Lee Black Zeller and her husband Dennis were drawn to Telluride after attending college in Ashland, Oregon. "If you want a mountain like Mt. Ashland, then go to Telluride…bigger and steeper." Taking the challenge from college buddies, they moved with some friends for the winter of 1978-79, just for 4 months. Like so many others, the winter brought them here and the summers kept them here! After several years of bartending stints (Remember the Roma!, Sofio's, and the original Last Dollar Saloon?), advertising for local newspapers and magazines and working in ski shops, Lee became the General Manager of Mountain Alarm, Inc. From there, she was in the mortgage business with The Mortgage Store, surprisingly at the same spot where Accommodations in Telluride's office now resides. Finding the itch to have her own business, she searched high and low for a good fit, and the hospitality niche fit with the purchase of Accommodations in Telluride.

Sara Spencer

Job Titles:
  • Staff Member
Sara Spencer got "stuck" in Telluride for a month in February 1993 and met her late husband Scott. She went back and graduated from Colorado College and then moved to Telluride full time in the summer of 1993. Her first job was driving the Galloping Goose to the Mountain Village and back, before there was a gondola. She realized how much she liked working with people, and took a job working at the San Sophia Inn. Sara helped manage the Inn for 5 years before moving on. She got her Real Estate license and then started her family.
