Mr. Hardy has extensive background in real estate and finance. This background includes both public sector and private sector work with a focus on executing sophisticated financial transactions. Mr. Hardy has an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He also has a master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Hardy is licensed to practice real estate both in the Commonwealth of PA and the State of NY. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Kennedy attended the State University of New York Maritime College where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and Commissions as a licensed officer in both the Merchant Marine and Naval Reserves. While working for G.E., Mr. Kennedy developed an increased interest in business, and in 1991 received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.In 1992, Mr. Kennedy decided to leave a management position with GE to pursue his dream of starting a business. Since then he has grown Professional Development Associates, Inc. into a prominent Business and Real Estate Development company.
